International advanced intelligent high pressure common rail electric injection system, with genuine Germany auxiliary parts, can intelligently control the engine according to different road conditions and always ensure optimal engine running. The HW series transmission has unique forced lubrication system, and the independent gear oil pump ensures that the transmission get optimal lubrication, which prolongs the transmission’s service life and improves transport efficiency. The cutting edge NS07 suspension system ensures balanced frame stress, featuring superior stability and more reasonable load distribution.

Lighter weight and lower fuel consumption

I. HOKA Cab
H7 cab assembly adopts MAN F2000 technology, featuring compact structure, spacious internal space and wide view, big door open angle and cab turning angle, and convenient service and maintenance. It will lead the new trend of modern heavy duty truck.

HOKA truck is equipped with SINOTRUCK HW series transmission. The main box adopts double intermediate shaft structure, and the auxiliary box adopts planetary mechanism, which greatly improves the reliability of the assembly. It also features wide range of gear ratio, big first gear ratio, heavy load start, and strong power for climbing, which lead to much superior performance.
Aluminum alloy housing transmission
All the HW 10-gear, 12-gear, and 16-gear transmissions can be mounted with aluminum alloy housing.
Compared with steel housing transmission of the same model, its weight reduces 90kg.
Through long term road test, the product is mature, safe and reliable.
It is used as standard parts for tractor truck and optional parts for other highway transport trucks.
IV. High Strength Frame
Tractor truck adopts MAN technology frame. The new design of frame assembly takes TG series frame as reference: the front end of the longitudinal beam is mounted with reinforced one-piece front overhang bracket and the horizontal beam, which greatly improves the rigidity of the frame, and improves the reliability of engine and cab suspension mechanism. The frame structure is optimized: large span horizontal beam connecting plate and partial reinforcement structure provides more evenly stress distribution; standard orifice position is favorable to the allocation and connection of various assemblies.
The trapezoid frame, which is wide in the front and narrow at the rear part, is suitable for multiple kinds of engines and can improve the vehicle’s stability. The rear part is 850mm wide, which is very convenient for modification. The frame wing is widened to 90mm and adopts high strength steel.

V. Drive Axle
MCY13 Drive Axle
MCY13 drive axle is a new generation single stage reduction drive axle developed by SINOTRUCK with MAN technology, featuring advanced technology, high load bearing capacity, and light weight. It is adopts SKF bearing with oil filter, which features maintenance-free, cleaner lubricant, and longer service life, lowest gear ratio 3.08, high drive efficiency, quick speed and low noise, and excellent fuel-saving effect. It can be mounted with disc type brake (to be developed), featuring good brake force and heat dissipation, which can effectively avoid heat fade, and ensure safety especially when going down a long slope.
HW Series Single Stage Reduction Drive Axle
HW1249 and HW1279 series single stage reduction drive axle is developed by SINOTRUCK, taking Meritor axle as reference, for transport on expressway or highway of 2nd grade or above. The series drive axle features high load bearing capacity, long service life, low noise, light weight, low fuel consumption and convenient for service and maintenance.
AC Heavy Duty Rear Drive Axle
SINOTRUCK constantly improves the existing products and takes the advantages of similar products both home and abroad. The AC series drive axle is independently developed by SINOTRUCK and it can better adapt to the work conditions in China.
Brand new heavy duty drive axle product of proprietary intellectual property right has higher load bearing capacity and the speed ratio is up to 3.947, which greatly improves the stress distribution on the final drive and axle shaft, and has higher reliability.
HC16 Casting Drive Axle
The axle housing is made of unique spheroidal graphite cast iron, featuring better machinability, higher anti-bending deflection performance and higher reliability compared to common cast steel axle. The axle also features low noise and is more applicable to tough road conditions with extra heavy load. Through stringent bench test and field test, the performance of the product reaches international advanced level.
